They seem OK to me on this computer...
In the Exif data contained within a JPEG file is a setting for orientation. Not all software pays attention to this, and just displays the image the "default" way, based on the order of the data in the file. The most likely explanation is that the forum software is correctly taking into account the orientation setting while creating thumbnails, but that the particular browser is ignoring this setting when it downloads the original image.
