I have got a frequency counter with a nixie display and now it is restored I will keep using it. I also have an early 1970s industrial batch counter with a nixie display that is being built into a transformer winder as it features a relay that switches when a preset count is reached. There will be no laying arm for the turns and the counter takes care of the numbers as the turns are laid manually.
I also own an AC resistance bridge that was once used for measuring the resistance of liquids in a chemistry lab. It has got a mint magic eye. It has front panel terminals that allow it to do inductance or capacitance with an external decade box.
Anybody got a spare decade box?
