You can find a use for most TV valves in radio and audio applications including the PL81,PL35, PL509 etc, The PCF80 can be used as it was intended, a mixer/osc, the PCC84 can be used as a cascode RF amp, EF183/184 are two good TV valves, check out the mA/V for the PFL200.
