Hi Mark, I am also with plusnet and cannot fault them, as you know I moved house a couple of months ago, the day of moving was a Saturday, plusnet came
and installed the broadband at my new premises on the following Monday (BT openreach actually did the instalation) so I had a really quick turnover.
I also opted for fibre broadband at the new premises, went with unlimited at £16.99 a month (should be £19.99 but if you speak to them they will give you a better deal being an existing customer) and it has been a revelation compared to my old connection which could hit 5 mb/s if the wind was blowing in the right direction, no fibre in the village where
I used to live.
Mine is actually FTTC (fibre to the cabinet) plusnet also supplied me with a new broadband router which arrived on the day of install, which needs to connect
to the BT openreach router that the installer supplied, as the bt router is not wireless so you piggyback the plusnet into that.
Just done a quick speedtest out of curiosity, and this is the results.
