The article was rather wordy as it represented the condensed discussions and feedback from others who've built my version over the last year or so, and incorporates improvements to the PCB layout to ease construction, and troubleshooting tips for anyone having teething troubles. If anyone builds the meter and has difficulties getting it working, I'm always happy to help as best I'm able.
