I would prefer to send you the whole TP2620: not a lot of difference in the postage ("down in the noise").
To me its easier to take the base off the valve without breaking it. Also, that way the valve is still in existence and someone with a dud one could put their base back on it.
I wedge the valve, pins upright and use solder mop to clean out the pins. You can usually move the wire from the sides if its still stuck with a pointer. Then I soak the valve , up to just beyond the base, in cellulose thinners (I'm out at the mo!) overnight. Normally a gloved hand then easily frees it up.
If that's OK I will get it in the post Mon.
I wonder what the ARTP1 was used in: might have even been spy sets ?
