There is a date code for 1978 on the speaker frame so the advert date is a match.
Not a lot about them on the web, Cameo Acoustics were at Radford Road, Nottingham, ran by a guy named David Thomas who supplied disco/PA stuff, he might have assembled them from kits, the "Titan" brand would have probably been budget loudspeakers.
