How many of those pro-audio people know what "Nagra" means? (or even care!). You could argue that calling an amplifier "Nagra" breaches the Trade Descriptions Act (1968) [now the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, 2008] as an amplifier plainly does not record !!
