If I'm reading Refugee's post ( #138 above) correctly, 20 watt resistor should be more than adequate. Remove the 150 ohm and replace with the 100 ohm 20W. This should dissipate no more than 10 watts, since the voltage drop across it will be (55-25) = 30, and the current (I = E divided by R) should be 0.3 Amps.(300mA)
