Possibly Gary but there are very few houses there if any, I'm guessing it's on Duchy land, hence Charlie boys involvement, it will be traffic chaos as usual in the summer, the planners tend to pass these things without thinking of the poor road infrastructure, Truro effectively has only two main roads in and one main road out when traveling west to east, that sign is near to the head of the site so far as I am aware, it's at the junction of the St Austell Road (A39) and the road that eventually connects with the A30 at Carland Cross via Trispen. It's a busy junction at the best of times.
