I'm determined to be positive today so here's a teaser;

Question; What is the difference between the two items in these pictures?

       

Answer; About £15.99 month.

In my case both are of equal use the phone being Virgin Media land line not BT.

Still no reply from our Virgin Media insider and still no phone.
