Hi,
Thanks Colin. It's just taken me ages but I've now sent an email to Virgin Media asking for help and advice. I tried to open up a new email communication regarding this request for help but contacting Virgin Media by email is like trying to contact the dead?
I've sent the email as a reply to the problem we are suffering with our land-line so at least it will arrive on a monitor somewhere even if the monitor is on Mars? I've explained that I'm unable to communicate by phone because our Virgin Media land-line is out of action so lets see if this brings any help?
The DVD is Wi-Fi ready but I think the problem is lack of network details but then I know very little about this subject hence I'm asking all the silly questions. One thing is for certain; if I do eventually get sorted the information will be here for the world to see? As a raw novice if I succeed then anyone can but I've a few problems ahead of me yet?
I watched this YouTube video which makes it all appear so simple but there are no network connecting details?

I've already spent a lot of time trying to help myself so it's not just a case of sit back and take advantage of members kindness because your time is as valuable as my time and it's kind of you all to try to help out which I sincerely appreciate.
