Hi,
This is getting interesting? I've just realized that our cable is still registered as NTL although Virgin Media took over NTL years so although Joe very kindly sent me the IP address for Virgin this will be of no use?
I've just tried to follow the instructions in Colin's link and reached the stage in the picture below; whilst discussing this on the forum I'll also send Virgin an email asking for help and advice; I'll stick with it however long it may take?
