Tit For tat won't work Col, if you do any damage, you signed a contract including the fact that you agreed to comply with their terms and conditions, that's the law on their side, if they take you to court and you loose and then generally attempt to let the public know what you think, they will just think there goes another criminal spouting off.

Might not be anything to do with your situation but the prolonged severe weather we have had has caused all sorts of problems for the utilities etc.
