Um! looks very complicated to me but so does the underside of this AK 308 chassis (this is a real pig to rewire !!) So each to what they know and enjoy.
Looks like a lot of degreasing is needed: how do you go about that? Used to use Gunk years ago, possibly not still around? Or paraffin. Need a big container for most parts.
Will you paint it in the original grey colour? To me that would be nicer than your standard whire.
