It will have a type, like TR82B or TR82C etc and a serial number using the format XXX/XXXXX. What are the 3 digits at the beginning? From the what you've described though it certainly sounds like you have a Mk.II model using AF11x transistors which commonly cause this particular fault symptom.

it is a tr82c serial numbers 346 24181
the 4 transistors i can see begin with oc then a number
