Dial Hollow stem rivets into ebay.
Alternatively you could use Bifurcated Rivets with Washers.

Thanks Alan, I'm not sure of the diameter of the originals but at a glance I would say smaller than one eigth, maybe three sixtyfourths, the holes in the panel etc could be enlarged no problem.

Edit: not sixtyfourths (not thinking straight) 3 thirtysecondths.
