Hi Al, good see you back on form again, I agree it's a bit of an upside down backward circuit/diag.
It might be worth isolating the PSU outputs and temp connect some dummies to replicate the typical draw current as the draw currents seem to be given for the different rails, having said that it might be something dead simple but knowing vintage stuff maybe not.
