i have seen one it was fitted in an icecream van (a very old icecream van) that was owned by an old guy in berkeley glos
it had another box that had the wind up chimes and i presume a mic in it.
i do not of coase know if this was retro fitted or weather the van makers used any amp that would run from 12 volts?

if its made by hand it can be repaired by hand
