Hmm..This as got my brain whiring, if I had a job like that to do this might be a solution:
How about some of those small webbing clamps/ratchet straps, say 4 of them, they are cheap enough, fit them around the cabinet (front to back) one at each end and the other two at the third and two thirds points along the length of the cabinet.
Temp. screw or fix cabinet to the bench, cut and wedge some 2x1 uprights between the top and bottom of the cabinet where the straps go over to reinforce the cabinets back edges, use a piece of timber as a pressure bar, that will go under the straps between the straps and the veneer, this timber needs to be longer than the cabinet by an inch or so, ok we now have a clamping system.
When the veneer is laid, clamp that along the top of the cabinet along the back edge with a couple of speed clamps and a seperate pressure bar if needed, work forward with the veneer hammer up to the curve then insert a timber pressure bar under the straps and tighten the strap clamps up then with two small hammers tap the back of the pressure bar equally near the ends, this should have the effect of pushing and pressing the veneer around the curve as you advance, when you reach the bottom of the curve with the pressure bar leave the bar there and finnish the rest with the veneer hammer, clamping where required. If leaving the pressure bar(s) in situ until the glue has set then you will need an interface to stop the bar(s) sticking to the job if glue bleed through is likely.
