"Your too kind" in your praise of my efforts Colin. But thank you and you have gone far beyond me on cabinet work now. It wasnt really a main interest just something that had to be done to finish off radios. I did a few 'dogs' as well along the way but thats learning, thats what I say to myself anyway.
Another Barker 88, the only pic I have and the print says 27/03/1999. I only touched up the cabinet, it was in good condition anyway. Quite nice veneers by the look of it.
Notice its called "Victory" on the dial so that gives its time of sale.
PS: Just had a look on the Web and it doesnt look like any 88 there, but thats how I remember it. Maybe it was a Barker but another model? I'll see of I have any info in old notebooks but I wasnt so good at keeping notes then.
