Sounds interesting,if I remember correctly a lot of the old aircraft instruments used selsyns (3 phase motors one acting as a tx and the other Rx was the indicator, very simple just 3 connections and 400Hz on the rotors) I had thought about some sort of simulator for video games either as 2 hoops at 90 degrees or with the seat etc controlled by hydraulic rams or threaded shafts as per steerable Sat dishes.
What do you have in mind practically?
