I couldn't swear to it, but I'm fairly sure this was made by Perdio. The problem you have is that somebody has tried to repair it and has damaged the case in the process. The correct on/ff/volume control could be obtained of most scrap trannies, but if you take off the Switch and Volume control, you have to block the holes (easy) and mend the front casing, which is difficult.

Any ideas?
