This "drop" was classed by NASA as an "anomaly" - it cost USD 135 MILLION to repair the satellite.

Hmm. "Anomaly", eh? Some 'anomaly'! Perhaps 'NASA' stands for 'National Association for Stupid Acronyms'? I nearly wrote the word "Ameri . . ." - then I thought better of it. Makes some of my mishaps look trivial in comparison . . . but then I operate with a somewhat smaller budget.

To be fair, it wasn't NASA that dropped it, it was Lockheed Martin.
