for the ones mentioned 630 volt will be fine.
as for the ion trap there are positions on some tubes wher you will not get a raster but mainly the raster will be in the wronge position or patly missing..
if it looks like it has not been disturbed it may pay to mark the position on the neck with a felt tip pen.

if its made by hand it can be repaired by hand
