Just a further historical note as regarding the instruction book, it was assigned to an American B24 Liberator, and according to the entered serial number a bit of web searching reveals that this aircraft was assigned to the RAF in Feb. 1945 it subsiquently did a belly landing in India in November of that year and was damaged beyond repair...It's a small world.
