I assume that you are referring to the diag. sent in by Rob T (tiv48) and not mine, which this particular thread relates to.
If those three diodes are two silicons and one germanium: 0.65 + 0.65 + 0.2 = 1.5v. (albeit approx., depending on temperature, dissipation, etc.).
