I'm not commenting on this particular case but sometimes sellers genuinely don't know what they are selling as terms like "Good condition" are always going to be subjective.

I agree about the fun being in the restoration, as Paul says "If it ain't broke don't buy it!"

I'll certainly be following this saga with interest.
