The good thing about "boat anchors" is that SWMBO cannot lift them up and throw them out !, I guess if she could you would not dare smuggle it by in the first place 
What amazes me is that considering how little interest they show and openly and often declare about the hobby, is the detailed knowledge of your current stock position...... bless em.... if thy can never have enough shoes I can never have enough radios.
