The capacitor is unlikely to be an electrolytic type. Originally it could have been a wax-paper type but it could be replaced with a modern MDC (mixed dialectric capacitor). It looks as though it is 0.2 Mfd. Whether you will be able to source a filter with the built in resistor is a different matter. You could try a Google search for RC filters or suppressors. The resistor could be a standard carbon or metal film type.
You may even be able to remove the inside of your filters and incorporate, the replacement capacitor and resistor into the empty case.
