I don't understand "Bought". Libreoffice is included in all the Mint distros. It can also be downloaded freely (free in both senses - beer and freedom) from the Mint repository. In Cinnamon you click on the Mint logo in the bottom left corner and then on the Software Manager. Mate will be very similar.
GIMP isn't included in Mint distros but again it can be freely downloaded as I've just described.
In both cases you can download them either as a system package or a Flatpak. Linux purists will say you should use the system package but it really doesn't matter.
A couple of very useful tricks of the trade.
1: For taking screenshots simply press Shift-printscreen. I think this works in many Linux distros
2: Download a right click resizer from the repository. There are several available. I'm not sure which one I've got but I know I can't work without it. A couple of links on the subject: Image resizer. https://www.ihaveapc.com/2010/11/how-to-...inux-mint/
