Never had a problem with any Ukrainian supplier on ebay, but not bought for a few years. Anything from Bulgaria seemed like it had been stored in a wet cellar but worked.
Wire-ended with long wires likely is NOS from 1970s to 1991. Things with pins are sometimes ex-equipment. This applies to anything, except the Spanish place I've bought valves from seems real NOS. The Spanish supplier sometimes just puts the boxed valve in an ordinary envelope in ordinary post. So far that's worked. Eek!
