The first candidate for the worst is the white elephant roundabout 2 miles west of junction 4 on the M3. Most of the traffic is stuck waiting for traffic lights and is clearly not moving. The longest wait is for the drivers whom have just driven past the iconic white elephant at the top right on the grass by the A30.
My second candidate is a monster to the south of Leicester on the A653 just southeast of junction 21 on the M1 and again the traffic is all stuck waiting at traffic lights. This one looks worse on the photos and was a lot worse when I drove a car round it than the white elephant one for the waiting times.
Can anybody find any that are worse than these?
