BUSH EA3 - A Sort of DAC90

I have a Bush EA3 to deal with next, I bought it from an antique shop in Tenterden Kent
I have searched high and low for the service manual and circuit without any luck at all
It looks very similar to the DAC90 with the large valves. It has a white/cream cabinet
1 MW band and 3 SW bands
Can anyone help??

Are you sure that's the right model number Jim? It sounds like an EU3 so perhaps this has an autotransformer and is more akin to an AC91. The RMOrg has the circuit for the EU3a but if that's as different from the non-a version as the DAC90a is from its forebear it's not going to be any use.

I've checked my service sheets and its the Bush EU3A that I have and not the EU3, so sorry I can't help.

Your best bet is to contact Mike Izycky who owns and maintains the www.bushradio.co.uk website.

Mike kindly provided me with the EU3A information and is widely regarded in the hobby as the last word on all things 'Bush'. If he hasn't got the EU3 sheets then they are probably unattainable.
