There are KB Minuet radios in each bedside unit. Near the end I'm pretty sure there's a Bush TV80 "portable" at the foot of the bed. There is a tape recorder and various other gadgetry.

The 1959 price was £2500. Using the RPI calculation from Measuring Worth this is about £55K today!

Very impressed with the cup of tea..... perfectly brewed without being stewed.
Although with the inflation calculator it comes out as over £50k now I would expect it would be a lot cheaper with the cost of today's electronics that is Chinese made.
