Here you are! I never found an online copy of this, but finally found an original schematic.
I've added a small watermark to make sure its origin is maintained.
Also attached is the component cross reference to use with this schematic. Hopefully they match!
The schematic had to be compressed to upload to this forum. PM me with your email address if you need a slightly clearer version.
