My oscilloscope

Here is my dandy little oscilloscope.    Got it from Maplins years ago for about £100.    Don't use it very often, but I was reminded of it the other day when "guesswork" was not good enough.    Must make the effort to use it more.

That looks like a GW Instek GOS 310.

I know the feeling. I have a choice of my old steam driven (valve) Telequipment S43, a pair of Gould OS300's, or my more modernd DSO.

Yes, it is a GOS 310, just had a look.    My first 'scope was a very basic Telequipment that I got in 1968 for about £30, after having just obtained my radar maintenance and servicing certificate (Maritime).      Our company did not supply 'scopes and we were expected to repair radar sets with only an AVO 8 and a bronze screwdriver (So it wouldn't stick to the magnetron!   )
I found the little scope a big help when poking around in the timebase and range ring circuits.   Also for tuning the klystron.
