I have just started restoring an Ekco U319 radio - the first two photos show the radio as received.
The case is now restored and set to one side ready for later re-assembly.
The plastic case has been cut back with Solvol Autosol and the inset section at the front rubbed down and re-sprayed in Ivory gloss finish.
Next job is to remove the original speaker cloth from it's back board and soak in Washing powder, will post more photos when this is completed.
I have purchased a second U319A mainly for it's knobs which were missing on this radio but also for a parts back up should I need it,
Nick
