A rare "radio" item?

I have never seen one before.
What makes it a radio brush is the question. Would you use it inside or outside a wireless set?
I can't Imagine that it is very old, its clean and looks unused. When did Kleeneze close down?


Anyone else got one? 

Yes I’ve got one too. Useful for dusting the radio fronts which I expect it was designed for rather than the inside. Would have been sold door to door to housewife’s in the 50’s, bit of a gimmick so maybe given free with an order?
