Anyway, that's me done for today. By the way it's a bit rustic on purpose as per the Project Manager's instructiobs. Actually by the time it's rained and the grass has grown over the edges it will look fine.
Now I need a shower, food and some beer

I completely forgot to answer.
You are of course entirely correct, I shouldn't put both words in the same sentence, but sometimes sacrifices have to be made in the interests of proper communication
